I like the product, it's made of plastic and the lightbulbs all work. It has 3 light settings you can dim them or make them brighter with the remote. My letter "L" did not have a remote with it in the box but the other remote operates all 3 letters so it's not so bad for that reason. They require 2 AA batteries each which are not included

Can I say I really like this black marquee letter? I honestly second guessed buying it because I thought it would look cheap but it doesn't. I needed to place something on my top corner floating shelf and this was perfect. It's lightweight. It's actually smaller than I imagined it would be (which is great). The lighting is not pink but a soft white which can kind of come off as a pinkish hue. The remote is super easy. The settings for brightness are not dramatically different from the 3 settings which is a downer, as they the brightest isn't extremely bright. Nonetheless, I love it. Worth it!

Bought for my grand daughters reading space. She loves that it's adjustable with the remote. Easy enough even a ten year old can figure it out. Great accent light for a reading book.

I thought to was going to be way bigger. But my little one loves.

Received this M quickly from Amazon and upon opening the package was amazed. The letter itself is beautiful and sleek and our daughter loves it.However, the remote doesn’t work. At all. We removed the plastic tab from the remote and even tried a new battery but nothing worked. It’s a shame too because it’s completely impractical to mount the letter if you have to manually turn it on and off.

MAYBE,IF THE COMPLETE SHAPE OF THE LETTER WAS LIGHTED THE LETTER "A" MIGHT HAVE BEEN RECOGNIZABLE WHEN THE LIGHTS WERE OUT. INSTEAD, IT JUST LOOKED LIKE AN ODD ARRANGEMENT OF ROUND LIGHTS. LOVED THE REMOTE CONTROL IDEA, THOUGH.MUST TELL YOU, I CALLED AMAZON TO COMPLAIN ABOUT ISSUE. A VERY POLITE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP LISTENED TO ME AND REFUNDED MY PAYMENT. Love the big black letters with the lights. Will be used for my 40th birthday celebrations and at most functions after that.
