Good taste, curves hunger works for IBS
I bought this meal replacement to loose about 30 lbs. Been using it for almost a week having it for breakfast. I bought this particular one because I have IBS and Whey and garlic and onion really aggravate it. This is the only one of the plant based kind that does not list onion or garlic in it and does not use whey. In any case, this works really great for me. I mix with water only as dairy can mess with my IBS too. I use ice cold water and mix it with a shaker bottle vigorously. 1st put in water then put in 2 scoops then wire whisk, close tight and shake shake shake, put an extra wiggle in it for some exercise. Then I drink it. I like it best with a straw but can drink both ways. The first time I drank it I could take the after taste people talked about and it was indeed sweet. Is it gross no, is it a yummy desert shake no, it is a meal replacement to lose weight and better my health yes so deal with it. I won't look cute this summer if I don't work hard. After 3 days of drinking it, I no longer taste the aftertaste. So, I am a chunky monkey so yes I am still hungry after I drink it, but it curves the hunger to not be starving so I can make it to lunch. And continuously drink water, I am up to 70 oz of water in one day now, I use to drink maybe 16 oz. Nobody ever said Dieting was fun, or easy. So hopefully with some discipline I will shrink this hunger monster and I will get to feeling fuller. I have put myself on a 1200 calorie a day diet and I drink this for breakfast no milk 230 calories. Then I have whatever was left over for dinner since I have portion control now, there will be leftovers. Energy, yes I do feel more energized and it could be all the veggies in here which I was so lacking in my diet. Do I feel good that at least this is one small step closer to the size I want to be. Yes, I want to have that summer body, yes I want to live to be in my 90's yes I want energy to play with my grandbaby.I bought the creamy chocolate fudge and I will probably stay using only this one it does smell good and I don't want to risk trying a different flavor that 1. may not work with my ibs or 2 . tastes really bad so I will buy this one again. :)

Oatmeal Yum
This tastes like oatmeal and does a really good job of curbing hunger. I eat once a day with this, if that. It’s vegan and doesn’t hurt my stomach. I have had a tiny bit of gas but it’s just my body adjusting I believe. I’m taking GLP-1 with it and I have lost weight in the small amount of time since starting this routine. It’s packed full of what you need for a great meal replacement shake! Try it!

Great meal replacement
I've tried several different meal replacement drinks and powders, and this one is at the top of the list so far. The texture is slightly grainy, but not in a way that’s off-putting—just something to note. It definitely tastes better when served very cold. We're planning to try it in smoothies soon, which might improve the texture even more.Flavor-wise, it reminds me of cereal milk, which I personally enjoy. My daughter says it tastes like chocolate chip cookies, so it clearly has a pleasant, sweet flavor that's appealing to different palates. One small limitation for me is that I can't handle the full 16 oz of milk the mix calls for, so I’ve been splitting the serving in half. That actually works well for a lighter snack or smaller meal.Overall, this is a solid option and probably the best I've tried to date.

Good taste, but gritty consistency
Love the idea—clean, plant-based, with actual veggies and prebiotics thrown in. On paper, it checks all the boxes. But the texture? It’s a little like drinking chocolate-flavored sand if you don’t blend it really well. Even with a shaker bottle and almond milk, there’s that classic “plant protein grit” that refuses to disappear.Flavor is okay—more like healthy chocolate than creamy fudge. Not awful, just… not craveable. It’s a solid backup when I’m in a rush or skipping lunch, but it’s not replacing my morning coffee smoothie anytime soon. Bonus points for the clean ingredients, but the mouthfeel needs some love.

Great Meal Replacement
For years, I had used a meal replacement powder by Garden of Life. However, I noticed that it caused significant bloating afterward. About two years ago, I began using Orgain, and I've never looked for anything else.FILLING: I combine 1.5 scoops of Orgain with 1 scoop of Garden of Life Super Seed Beyond Fiber. I mix this in about 3 oz water and 5 oz plain unsweetened almond milk. This drink keeps me completely full (without any bloating) for 4 hours! And I mean full the point where I cannot eat anything.INGREDIENTS: I've always loved being able to get solid nutrition from plant-based products. The quality of ingredients in the Orgain are just as good as the Garden of Life product, but I don't get the bloating with Orgain.FLAVOR: I don't really care what it tastes like because I drink it as quickly as possible since I add the fiber to it. The fiber turns into a gelatinous mess if I take my time drinking it. However, I will mention that Orgain just tastes like a chocolate drink - nothing more, nothing less.COST: It is a little expensive, but so is the Garden of Life drink. And I think you get what you pay for. if you want high quality ingredients in a drink, then expect to pay for that. And, vegan products tend to cost more anyways. I only do the drink Monday - Friday, which is on the days that I work. Having a contented belly (i.e. not starving) helps me concentrate.
