The media could not be loaded.  Very powerful kit for me! It got up to 45mhp on level 6 and it still has 3 more levels to go. Great around town, no problem climbing 45degree hills and torque is strong. When kit first arrived it came with a faulty display (couldn't tell speed,level or program settings) but like most reviews say, the tech support was great and "ANN" had me send a video of the display malfunction to verify and sent me a NEW one right away (with an extra feature) that I have yet to install. Unless you get a fat tire bike you most likely will have to file down a rear tire lip on the dropouts so the motor can fit properly, otherwise it's pretty much plug and play.

Avoid this seller. All of the supposed high praise of customer service will only last till you have bought the product. My battery stopped fully charging after only 5 months of use. A 72v battery pack should charge to 84 volts. Mine would only charge to 82v when new but I found that acceptable as not fully charging can help it last longer......bit now in less than 6 months it will only charge to 77.5 volts. Seller asked for pictures of volt meter readings which I sent...... they refuse to replace the battery and are asking for more and more ridiculous things like open the battery....something no end user should be doing. So buyer beware, you will not get good post customer support if you end up with a faulty battery

I paired this with the 72v 2000w hub and its great! Fits the bike well and holds a long powerful charge. Anne was also very helpful with any questions I had and would always respond almost instantly! I will post a long term review after a few months for those interested

love the battery...works as expected and seems to function very well.I bought two of these and one came with a soft case and one came with a hard case...that was strange and the hard case was better to work with....that was the only down side.Rich

I went with the 72v 20ah battery and 2000watt 29inch wheel kit from NBD power and after putting 400 miles on it I have to say this thing has been great. I have done 40 miles in one charge under its own power, and a 65 miles trek on it using pedal assist, returning home with 28% battery left. The 2000watt hub is capable of maintaining 30mph even on steep hills and can top out at 42mph on flat ground with my setup and the whole thing has been performing exactly as I hoped and expected. Fantastic kit and battery!Edit: 6-15-2022 still going strong 1300 miles now powered by this battery!Customer support was very responsive during the battery shipping delays and made me feel very comfortable updating me with new estimates when ever I was concerned. Everyone is having logistic problems with shipping right now and they still got it to me from overseas in just about a month!

We were very excited to find this battery and measured the reported dimensions against the cavity available in our TREK Marlin 5 that we converted. However, On receipt, the plastic bump-outs that hold the straps exceed the published dimensions, and lo and behold the battery will not fit. This is a good deal for the specs and packaging, but at this price tag true dimension specs should be a no-brainer. Now I have to either mod or re-fab a new case DEFINATELY add 1/2" IN ALL DIRECTIONS as you determine whether battery will work with your bike.
