Not helpful for anatomy class.
The model had a guide labeling the muscles by number but there were no numbers on the model. Very difficult to use to study by. Cheap plastic. Poor paint job of tendons.

Well designed and a good way to demonstrate the placement and importance of muscle
I got this as an inspiration for not just losing fat, but the importance of building strong muscle. It's well made. It currently stays displayed under a cabinet where he appears to hold the cabinet open with his strength. Nicely designed.
