Beautiful but painful
This guitar is gorgeous and the body is confy as can be but the frets were the sharpest I've ever played. They actually drew blood when sliding the neck.

Nice guitar but needs a LOT of tweaking to play right
What I liked was the size, arm relief and sound. But the nut is severely out of whack. The A string is 0.038" for instance. And the action is a bit high which is expected. But there are many frets out as well so it's getting a fret leveling, nut cut and then saddle to make it playable. It sounds pretty good as is but very tough to play right now. I've seen much better from Washburn and have one of their comfort series guitars that only needed thes saddle lowered a bit. This guitar is pretty nice looking and just the right size, very comfortable. As some have said the neck is slightly thicker than a Strat but smooth and fairly fast. Not excessively thick for a nut that's about 1.69". Narrower frets too, not the jumbos. Bone nut and saddle which is pretty nice and that forearm relief is perfect. I think once I get it back it will be a joy to play but way too painful right now with that poorly cut nut. I sort of expected some of this but not quite this bad. But I'm still giving it 4 stars for features and visuals as well as tone. It's not a Grand Auditorium in loudness of course but not all that bad really and very well balanced in tone across the string with a fair amount of bass too.

Excellent guitar excellent service
Excellent guitar excellent serviceI’m not so sure why there are so many bad reviews for gear tech but I just received this beautiful guitar in excellent condition looks like it came directly from the manufacturer set up nice no problems at all i’ve been playing acoustic Guitar since 1971 so when I say this is a beautiful guitar I do have experience only problem is action is little high so I had to adjust the truss rod and plays beautiful

Be careful
The neck is unbelievably warped. I’m not sure what the heck happened to this guitar but considering it literally wouldn’t play right out of the box is pretty aggravating. I spent hours adjusting the truss rod just to get the thing playable. This isn’t a Washburn thing, it’s whoever/whatever company sold this guitar
