LENRICH Less Than 3 Stars Collection (iPad Pro 11, Silver)

Why the four stars? For the first month I really enjoyed this keyboard. It was one of the best I ever had. Unfortunately, it suddenly stopped pairing with my iPad. The good thing is that when the seller saw I was having a problem, they quickly responded to resolve the issue. After some troubleshooting questions, they replaced it with a new one.

After approximately 6 weeks 2 keys were loose and the letters would not work, I tried to return to Amazon, but I was referred to the MANUFACTURER, I contacted them (via email) NO RESPONSE, I contacted 2 additional times also with no response. It is a shame because the case is nice, all features work as described. Just NO CUSTOMER SERVICE for product defect.

This case, cover is wonderful. Very professionally built, works as stated and beautiful. I had purchased the Gray model, used it for several days and showed only a few prints. Had a black one at first, but returned it because it was a fingerprint magnet. Maneuvering the display is very easy and smooth. The keyboard is nice with a great feel. Very well built. Could have charged a lot more for this case.

It does not happen here, but when I type in Facebook every space is double spaces so your words are too far apart.I guess you can call it social distancing????

Great product. It's as if you're turning your iPad into a laptop.

I enjoy this product but the “t” button takes a bit more pressure than the other keys. Still my favorite case thus far!
