Perfect purchase!
OMG I am absolutely in looooove with this book bag. Like I seriously can’t even believe that I own one now lol. Like the pictures don’t do it justice at all. It looks a whole lot better in person! I wish I was in undergrad a little longer just so I can rock it longer. Perfect purchase!

Loose straps
The front straps aren’t very secure and sometimes loosen up, which can be quite annoying. But overall very cute and spacious.

High hopes big let down
The color was super pretty and my daughter loved it but unfortunately after 9 weeks of school when of the straps snapped! It might say jansport but the durability of them is just not there

Worst ever - come with defects and the leather part has defects and damaged I waste my money purchase it and even customer service not supportive at all for the after sales service.
