It works !
I injured my arm in the gym and have been unable to do any arm push movements since. The product arrived today and i was able to do 5 sets of 12 at home with no pain at all !!Such a simple design that works! The product is very comfortable and will adjust to any size arm. The strap is velcro and allows for a very tight fit with padding at the front or the affected areaCouldn't be happy with this product, it's very cheap, well made and does exactly what it states on the packagingHighly recommend this product and seller5 stars

Hole in one not guaranteed !
Returned to playing golf recently after 18 month lay-off due to Covid restrictions. First game back suffered severe pain in left elbow and forearm, struggling to grip club for last few holes. Same happened again week later during next round. Researched arm supports and came across this Ionocore strap on Amazon and decided to give it a try. Very pleased I did.It is less bulky than I thought it would be and easily fits under a shirt sleeve and is infinitely adjustable. I tried it round the house for a couple of hours first and quickly realised that it does not need to be too tight to be effective in offering support. You need to experiment a bit to find the most comfortable and effective tightness. For me, once it has been on for a few minutes I am no longer aware I am wearing it yet the support is ideal and I no longer have any issues with completing a round with no pain or grip issues. Does it interfere with my swing, well all I can say is that in the first round I played using the strap I scored my first hole in one ever and possibly my last!It seems to be well constructed and if treated with respect should last well.Even use it in the garden at the moment when I have lifting jobs to do and I can feel the support it gives.

It’s ok
The stitching in the Velcro started to come away on first day of use but other than that it does what it’s meant to do, so I would say if you are looking for quality look elsewhere if you are looking for a short term solution to heal tennis or golfers elbow it does the job

Worth it for reducing pain percentage.
I purchased this on the good reviews. I really didn't think that something so simple would work. I have golfers elbow and anyone reading this will know how painful and debilitating this condition is. I work out and weight train but haven't been able too fully for a few months. I can't even open a door without excruciating pain. Anyway, I have a very physical job which involves using my arm continuously and heavy use, just have to get on with it and fight the pain. Can't take ibuprofen either. I am extremely surprised at how this works. It's not a miracle worker but I wear it at work and it reduces the pain from 100% to 60%. It makes my job much more bearable and I find tasks less painful than not wearing it. I can open a door without pain and certain movements are less painful. It gets me through the day. It does irritate a little when bending and using the arm but is a small price to pay if you have no choice but to work. Going to be a long road but with this it takes the pressure off of the elbow.

Decent build quality, instructions would have been useful
The build quality is pretty good and it is fairly comfortable to wear once you have it in the right position. This leads to the fact it comes with no instructions, I had to look up on the internet the position and how tightly I need to attach it to my arm, a simple little diagram included in the packaging would have been nice
