I have significant neck trauma, so was pleased to find this product provides excellent heat. I can wear it around the house attached to a battery, giving me mobility and heat at the same time. This is awesome. What is not awesome is the product's life span. The first one lasted 10 weeks then died, so I ordered another. The second one only lasted 6 weeks before it died. So if you are willing to treat this as a disposable commodity, it works great. Unfortunately, it's not on prime anymore, so if I decide to order a third one (!!!) it won't arrive for 3 weeks.

I find that it is very difficult to situate on the neck area. It didn't get as hot as I thought it would. I did end up using it on my lower back and it felt pretty good. But as far as the configuration on the neck I was disappointed.

Doesn't have temp control. Gets warm not hot. Cord is Short, 4' tops. Front part of strap a bit too wide causes choking sensation due to needing to be tight to get the lower level of heat directly to the surface of the skin. Seems only to heat directly on the back of neck, very isolated therapy spot. Unsure to keep for the car or return due to low cost. May keep for road trips. Undecided.

So far this seems to be working pretty well. It does get nicely warm, and fits comfortably around my neck. I have had issues with sore muscles and tiredness in my neck, and it's very soothing to use. Using this and doing some light neck stretches and head rotations have been helping me to feel better.

The heating pad didn't get very warm so this product didn't work for me. I wouldn't recommend for an adult looking for comfortable heading wrap.

I am prone to headaches stemming from neck and jaw tension. This works wonderfully compared to trying to keep a standard heating pad in place. A little uncomfortable but very practical and serves its purpose well.

Works well.

This was not the best product for what was needed. My husband had recently had surgery; neck fusion and this heating pad did not give him any relief.
