Arrived on time. Same to improve my overall nights rest even the first night I took it.

The recommended dose is two tablets at bedtime. The next morning I was very sleepy and struggled to stay awake. I only need one tablet to help sleep so I can wake up alert and ready to start my day

I bought this as had been total I had high uric acid. Have not seen any difference and do not believe I will. Will not purchase again.
