I’ve ordered these multiple times and I’m still using them, which is about as strong an endorsement as supplements get. Easy to take, no nasty aftertaste, and they fit neatly into a daily routine. I feel generally well on them, which is the goal — nothing dramatic, just steady, sensible support. Two small points: the tablets are on the larger side, and results are subtle rather than instant superhero energy. But that’s normal for multivitamins, not a flaw. Overall, consistent quality, good value for a full year, and one of the few supplements I’ve actually stuck with. If I ever stop taking them and feel worse, I’ll know who to blame.

I've been taking this vitamins since mid-August and I can honestly see a positive difference in my energy levels. I'm able to power through my day without fatigue or tiredness, even more than others around me. I don't nap or power down during the weekend, I'm fully alert for the whole day. Previously I'd be tired easily. The mineral coverage is wide, and great value for money. The pills have a neutral smell and are fine to swallow with a big gulp of water. I take these alongside a collagen supplement, and am definitely feeling good. I'm receiving compliments on my skin and overall 'glowy' look. 90 day supply is great

I don’t like to write reviews until I’m sure of a product so this is the third time I’ve ordered this and I’ve been really impressed. Previously I had been taking gummy multivitamins because they seemed easier but when I seen no improvement I was really surprised by how the multivitamins weren’t meeting the daily recommended allowances and this is where these vitamins stand out. There’s no smell, taste or after taste and they’re average size so easy to swallow. Since starting them I’ve noticed an overall improvement in my health, particularly in my hair, nails, skin and energy however I’ve also been researching supplements for perimenopause/ menopause and at the minute the only supplements I need to increase is calcium which I’m likely getting from my diet anyway and magnesium which I take at night. The vitamins are reasonably priced and at the minute I haven’t found an alternative that matches the price and quality.

I've been taking these for maybe a week now, so don't have much to say (yet) of how effective these are, but I'll update this review after a month or so and add comments on how I'm feeling (UPDATE BELOW). For now, I can still confidently say this: these are a very good price for an entire year's supply. Nutravita does some pretty good stuff and based on the other reviews, these definitely are one of the best multivitamins in terms of value for money. Only downside is that they smell and taste pretty unpleasant. They have a weird salty flavour, so you gotta swallow them quick to avoid that and especially the lingering aftertaste. I wish the flavour was more neutral. UPDATE 01/11/2021 So I've been taking these for nearly a month now, and they're not a miracle drug by any means - I mean, they're multivitamins - but I can feel a positive effect. They help me feel less tired, and since I do intermittent fasting and am trying to lose weight, I've noticed these in combination with ACV capsules have made my weight loss more stable and consistent. My skin is also the clearest it's probably ever been, which is something I didn't expect! The slightly awful taste is less awful now that I'm more used to taking these, but it's still there. And I wish these had more vitamin D - I'm taking a vit D supplement with these now that the days are getting darker. But definitely, absolutely worth it regardless! UPDATE: After 2 months, I'm still taking them, but I noticed that keeping them in a pill box makes the capsules turn dark and spotty, AND they become slimy? I don't know why this happens but I threw out the slimy capsules and won't be keeping them outside the bottle again. Not sure if mine are a weird batch but luckily I got a full refund for them.
