Comfortable & works well for my needs
My CPAP was the greatest thing that happened to me when I received it approximately 7 years ago. However, I recently lost 130 lbs and the size of my neck reduced significantly. I think that's what used to help keep my jaw pushed up while I slept. Now that my huge neck is (thankfully) gone, my jaw/mouth has been falling open while I sleep, and my CPAP has not been working correctly.I have a nose pillow mask and I have been waking up several times each night with a mouth like the Sahara desert because the air was just pushing into my nose and out through my mouth, rendering the CPAP ineffective. I started feeling a lot more tired during the day and was getting notifications on my CPAP that I had a bad mask seal. It was suggested that I get a chin strap to help keep my jaw closed while I slept.I have to say, a lot of the reviews for the majority of the chin straps I have seen on Amazon have not been great. I took a chance on this one and am pleasantly surprised. The material is very lightweight and comfortable. I like the Y-shaped head strap because it keeps it in place all night. In fact, I don't think I would have been happy with some of the other ones I have seen because I feel like they would probably slide around and not be secure, especially since I am a somewhat restless side sleeper. It is adjustable on the side with Velcro but none of that rubs against my face or causes irritation. I was really worried about it feeling restrictive, but I didn't have to make it very tight in order to get it to work.I have been using this chin strap for about a week now and it seems to have solved my problem. It keeps my mouth closed and I'm no longer waking up several times throughout the night. I'm FINALLY getting restful sleep once again.

Good fit
Bought this for my husband to use along with his current cpap head mask. It works perfectly. Others have slipped and his chin pops open at night, but this one holds it in place. Very well made.

It works
I ordered another model from another company first but had to return it because the strap was too short. This strap is long and very adjustable with velcro. It takes a few nights with incremental adjustments to get it right - not too loose and not too tight. After a few night I am almost not aware that I wear it, I think partly because it's just a thin strap and nothing else covering the face. There are two aspects that make me not giving it 5 stars:1) The quality doesn't feel good. We just have to wait and see how long it will last2) A few times the strap falls off as I turn in my sleep. But I don't want to tighten the strap anymore, because then it becomes uncomfortable. But still, the most important part is that after I started wearing it I don't wake up my wife anymore. So it works!

Works fine - Some things to keep in mind
**3 Stars - Works, But Has Some Drawbacks**This Anti-Snoring Chin Strap does the job, but there are a few things to keep in mind for the best experience. Proper positioning is key—make sure to adjust it well to get a good seal around the jaw and lips. Sleeping position also plays a role, so some trial and error may be needed for optimal comfort and function. If you need to wear it tightly, be aware that it may leave strap marks on your face and head. Give yourself some time in the morning to massage those areas and let the marks fade. Also, be sure to wash it regularly—it absorbs perspiration while wearing, but it dries fairly quickly when hung properly. I’d also recommend washing it before first use, as the black material may run off a bit.Overall, it’s an okay option for CPAP users looking to maintain a good mouth seal and breathe comfortably at night, but be prepared for some minor inconveniences.

Best strap I've tried, fits great and wears really comfortably!
I have tried several chin straps, which were generally too small and tight, or too clunky and with scratchy velcro. This strap just fits, and is easy to adjust. The "halo" at the top means that it stays put much better than a simple strap, and the comfy chinrest helps pull my chin (and jaw) UP, and not BACK, which my last strap did, and which only helped my tongue fall farther back into my throat, leading to more apnea. This strap is the best! I hope it lasts me a LONG time.

It works for me
If you use a CPAP machine and are awakened with dry mouth, this the solution for you. I got a new CPAP machine and was awakened in the middle of the night with a mouth as dry as the Sahara. It was recommended that I try a chin strap. I brought this and it had made a HUGE difference. The strap is lightweight and easy to put on. It is not rough or irritating. It fits comfortably under the CPAP mask. Most importantly, it stays in place. I am able to wear my mask through the night. The strap does not leave any marks on face in the morning. I highly recommend.

Thin
Product is quite thin - stretches too much to actually keep one's mouth closed properly at night (and I have an enormous noggin, so if it is too loose for me, it'll be too loose for a normal person)Since the material is so thin, tightening it with the straps just yields further stretching, and one could see it would easily tear at the connection points. There are better (albeit more expensive) choices... One truly does get what one pays for.
