Small Girl Problems
We received these bands early last week and I was so excited to give them a try! I immediately loved the durability to these and how they didn't roll when I was squatting or moving around. That being said they are all too big. The resistance is determined by the circumference of the band which means that the lower "weight" bands are bigger than the higher weight ones. This is problematic when you're trying to work with them because the bands need to be tight to stay in place. I couldn't use the two lower weight bands if I wanted to, they are simply too big and immediately fall off of me when I try to do anything with them. Even the smallest band, while it works great on my thighs is too big to work for anything where I bring my feet together. The strength of the band needs to be determined by either the weave, the material or even the width of the band not the length.

Not bad
I am a physical therapist. I work, and have worked as a physical therapist for a while. Working on the Abductors of the hips can be mildly challenging. Using elastic bands to add resistance can be valuable. Problem is, with elastic bands, they catch on clothes and make positioning difficult. Also, the rubber tends to break if nicked. These seem to be a good alternative. They are elastic, but have material “ base”, making them, potentially more durable. In a clinic, they would be impossible to clean, but are not too expensive, making individual purchase reasonable.Overall, I think this may be a viable alternative for d9me individuals in need of resistance bands.

Love it!!!
Hello!I absolutely love your bands! I love the fact that the lightest band already feels tough to me (I was afraid that it won’t) that way I can surely work my way up to the tightest one.Your colors were pretty much one of the reasons why I got your specific bands.. the other colors that seemed attractive to we were gray and baby pink. But otherwise I’m pretty happy with the colors. I may only suggest to keep making them “neutral’ish” colors. The other (and the biggest) reason was the weight resistance of the bands, I barely saw 55lbs on the market.I have pretty strong legs since I’ve been working them out my whole life. So the fact that I was able to find something that keeps giving me pressure was a huge success.Thank you so very much for your product!

Rough, tough, and just what I was looking for
I've been using smooth latex bands for years, and they've been ok. Eventually the latex breaks down and the band breaks. Berter states these are made of spandex, latex, nylon, and cotton. To me, that composition give the bands (3 different sizes are included) more heft (they weigh more than the plain latex bands) and their extra thickness and rigidity prevent them from rolling up your leg or arm. The band surfaces are not smooth, so they tend to stay in place. it's rough enough to provide some "grip", but I didn't find them uncomfortable. The three different sized bands provide opportunity for a wide range of uses in a workout routine. I'd recommend them.

Not very stretchy
These are very high-quality resistance bands, but I was unable to use them because there isn’t much elasticity, at least for the strength I need is typically a medium on a set of rubber bands. If you are very strong, they might work for you. They are well-made.

High Quality, Don't Slip
I'm rehabbing an ACL reconstruction. Resistance bands are an integral tool in my recovery exercises. My PT provides the latex therabands, which are fine, but I prefer these. These fabric bands do not slip, curl, or otherwise move while I do my exercises. I like the variety in sizes and colors. I only wish that there was one more band in the set, with stronger resistance. I'm currently using the blue (strongest) band for my exercises and I worry what I will do in the future, once I'm stronger.I have used these bands every day for a week, several times a day. So far, they seem to be high quality. If my opinion changes, I will update the review.
