I bought these as I am one of those a susceptible to swimmers ear and have recent restarted swimming regularly. The leashes don't stay in place as well as you'd like. It took making a bit of a knot to keep them from wanting to release unexpectedly from my goggles. They do fit the ear reasonably well, better than wax plugs, but not as complete as foamies.If I need to though, I would look at buying again.
