Perfect ingredient to make Keto/Gluten Free All purpose flour (1:1 for regular White Flour)
Needed to share this AWESOME recipe I found on youtube! It makes the perfect Keto/Gluten Free All Purpose Flour that can be used in place of a "regular" white flour recipe that you can convert to a gluten free or keto cake or cookie recipe! The person that gets all the credit is Victoria's Keto Kitchen! This gal is awesome. Here is the recipe if you want to try it.KETO ALL PURPOSE FLOUR 1:1 TO REGULAR ALL PURPOSE FLOUR - you can use this flour to substitute other "regular" white flour recipes when baking!Makes 4 1/2 cups Make sure you "weigh out" the ingredients in GRAMS to get the perfect blend3 cups (336 grams) Almond flour - I use Blue Diamond Almond Flour, Gluten Free, Blanched, Finely Sifted1 cup Oat fiber (76 grams) - I used Naturtonix Premium Oat Fiber, Ultra Finely Ground, All Natural1/2 cup plus 2 Tbs Egg white protein powder (50 grams) - I use It's Just! - Egg White Protein Powder1 tbsp plus 2 1/2 tsp (approx.) Impressive reduced-calorie recipes
So far I have mostly made muffins and pancakes (see pics) with the oat fiber flour. The pancakes are mostly oat fiber, Splenda, egg-whites, baking powder and little else so the calorie load is quite low. And they are satisfying (even with a low-cal pancake syrup). The muffins are not pure oat flour and that seems to be an impossible task. But I got the muffins down to 60 calories each with the Oat fiber and whole wheat flour mixed 50:50 and then adding 1/3 cup gluten. Without the gluten they rise, and then deflate as soon as they come out of the oven (although you could try some tapioca starch or other stretchy proteins as a substitute if you are gluten intolerant). Are these as good as the full fat and calorie versions? No, but they are not bad to help when trying to reduce the calorie load. Tasty enough, and filling, and the oat fiber really helps in recipes to make that happen.

Get your fiber
First time purchasing oat fiber. The product itself seems to be good for quality / consistency which is fine and mixes easily into liquids. I haven't used it for anything else yet. Taste is good as well and doesn't seem to overpower whatever I'm putting it into. Packaging, however, may need some help. It isn't airtight and wasn't upon arrival. When resealing the bag, if you like to get the extra air out and squeeze it, the fine powder/dust makes it's way out. I have to remind myself to be careful when I do this and be extra gentle and do so slowly. I'll probably get a container at some point to put this in. As for now, I've just placed three package inside another food storage bag. Despite the package issue, I would recommend this product to those looking for part fiber.

Better than previous brand
My last bag of another brand was rancid and smelled and tasted like grease. I didn't know if that was the way it was supposed to be. Then I started reading reviews and decided I would try a different brand. So I bought this from amazon. It's great. It doesn't have the offputting odor or taste but is very mild and worked great in the recipe I used. I would buy this brand again without hesitation. I do feel it is a trifle expensive but it is better to get a product you can use as opposed to the previous product I had which I had to throw away as they were not taking returns.

Oat Fiber is a real help for Keto!
I am very happy with my purchase of this particular oat fiber and am doing cooking experiments with it. I have used it in my meatballs and meatloaf instead of bread crumbs. It is a nice way to add fiber to my diet. I am experimenting with recipes to make them keto friendly too. I am ordering this brand again as it does not take long to go through it. There are other brands out there but they do not have a good rating. Buyer beware.

great product
I was a little worried when I read some reviews that this product had an odor, and bad taste. This was my first time with this type of product, but I had a low carb fried chicken fingers recipe that called for it. This product was great and delicious in this recipe. I can't wait to try it in others. There was NO foul odor, and though I didn't taste it by itself it was fantastic with the chicken!

Good for price
Didn’t read the ounces, but love the quantity for the price. Didn’t need more than 2 tbs so i will have for a while. My keto pumpkin cookies came out great.
