I love these. My wife and I recently got back into home gym CrossFit after a 12 month hiatus due to my wife simultaneously being pregnant and getting selected for Chief Petty Officer. She had a lot going on, I was just being lazy. Haha. Now that we’re back on our grind, we’ve invited our niece to come join. These being on the wall help quickly explain the movements visually step by step. The posters are big enough to not take up a lot of realty on the wall, but are still big enough to visually represent each movement clearly. They are also made of heavy weight, coated paper. I love these as a quick reference and highly recommend these to anyone needing a little help learning the movements or anyone who just wants a little wall flair for their home gym.

These posters are very useful, have great exercises, multiple examples, easy to read and great quality. If they get dusty or dirty they can easily be wiped down or cleaned. I highly recommend this.
