Really good product. I take 4 capsules a day. I find it works best when I take first day of period up to 15 days then stop. Repeat next month. When not taking these capsules I take total curve breast enhancment pills, a women multivitamin and vitex to level out my hormones I also drink tons of almond milk. It is said its best to drink a lot of milk for calcium which helps the body absorb the pm much better. :) my girls are getting perkier and rounded which give me lots of confidence. I had to stop taking my synthetic hormones because I had been on them for years and my doctor advised me that it's not good to take synthetic hormones long term because of heart risk issues. This product however is derived from a plant root and used in Thailand for hormone replacement therapy. Since I like the positive benefits of taking hormones, I started taking these "natural" pills in a low dose of 1 per day. I have tried other brands and always come back to this brand.

ITS SIMPLE MATH. $80 for 3 bottles is $26.66 per bottle. Each bottle contains 100 capsules. Recommended dosage is one 500 mg cap in am and one at Bedtime. That’s 2 a day. You will take 60 capsules per month. THATS 300 capsules total, divided by 60 capsules taken per month, eaquals “5 MONTHS OF AINTEROL PURARIA MIRIFICA”.., every other bottle offers a month supply for the cost. I’ve tried other brands of PM and this brand by far shows results the fastest. In two days my breast were fuller. My guy noticed the difference. Just as a side note to ya. DO NOT TAKE THIS WHILE ON YOUR CYCLE. For best results, stop taking it when your period starts or you will bleed very heavy.

I've had better, cheaper.
Did not work. Was not the R1 formula it displays on the picture, it was the original formula i was sent. The other stuff i use for my skin works much better at half the cost.

Post menopausal miracle
I use pueraria to relieve post menopausal symptoms (vaginal dryness: an extremely unpleasant condition caused by a decrease in oestrogen production) and it is excellent. It also helps keep wrinkles at bay and my skin in good condition. However the downside is that it does tend cause a bit of fluid retention.
