Little board that could and did!
I got this board so I could continue my PT at home. It has done me good, added balance and keeps my muscles loose but firm. It stores well and is a great addition if you want to continue PT or just keep your balance as you age. 👍

I used one of these at I physical therapy office and it was excellent so I decided to purchase one for myself

Not good for me, sensitive feet
Tried one at physical therapy and thought would be good a home use. Tried it without shoes and hurt my feet. It is not like the one at PT something is different, not sure what. Sitting under bed for a year. I have sensitive feet with medical issues.

Very nice piece, I just needed more of a slant
Made very well and sturdy. I wanted more of a slant to it. If 3 1/2” is enough for you, this would be a great item. I did return mine.
