Having Boost Oxygen is helpful. The price is right especially with prime memberships

I love this stuff, although it's pretty expensive but sometimes ya just need that extra! They recommend using one-second inhalations but I find that useless so the can doesn't last that long for me. I also think if your keeping the can around ya may find it helpful to cover the cap, I just use plastic wrap, so less leaks out.

I didn’t like the large can because the mouth piece was too big and did give me a good seal. Otherwise the product was great.
