I am very impressed with this, so much that I have already ordered a second one for my car and now a third for my mom. The first one is for the wife. I like that the collapsing arms are wide enough to accommodate the bigger phones and yet the design easily tailors to 5" inch screens too. It has a swivel at the neck so you can tilt it toward you more for a better view. It locks in pretty securely on our 4Runners air vent. I will gladly purchase again.

I have had this cradle holder for two weeks. At first I loved it. It fit into the vent nicely. It has a little easel stand to keep it upright and it held my phone securely. For the past few days however, the gripping mechanism keeps releasing and the phone falls out. I have an iPhone 5C. I don't know if this is a known defect or if I just got a lemon. I have tried removing it and pushing the release button; realigning the sides, etc. Nothing works!

Good idea, but poorly engineered. Don't buy it. I bought this air vent cell phone mount for my adult daughter. It's pretty much worthless, since it is difficult to stabilize so it doesn't move around when in use. It cannot, without some major adjustment, be made to fit solidly with no motion when attempting to mount or dismount cell phone. Don't buy it.

Didn't care for the location once installed. Too low on my car to use. But service was great. The email questions I sent were quickly responded to and they worked with me to try to work it out. Passed it along to a friend and working well for him.

Like so many I loose my cell phone in the car and have to pull on the chewing cord to pull it out if it's usual hiding space, the tissue box. So when I received a coupon code for this car mount for my phone I didn't pass it up.The car mount itself is easy to put together. I did have quite the time snapping the one phone holder in place as I lack hand strength. But other than that it was fine. I did ask my teen to mount it in my car so it is an easy enough process nothing to figure out with great trouble.My Samsung galaxy s5 with otter box had no trouble sitting in the holder itself. It is easy to adjust and fit your device in. It is also easy to take it out in a rush. It also adjusts quite simply to angle the phone as you may need it. A quick tighten of the nob and it's set.What I did have a problem with is finding the right spot for it. I have a Nissan armada 2012 and the dash board is not accomidating for this device. If I put it in the vent to my right closest to me it blocks all my needed bobs on the control center. If it move it farther to the right I have to reach too much, to the point I'm not comfortable. And this is simply due to the layout of the cars dash. I did try to my left at the vent closest to the door and it was simply and awkward position for me. So while I do like the car mount it simply doesn't accommodate my cars dash.I'm not giving up hope. My husband is on the road a lot and could use the car mount In his work vehicle. I will update this review when I'm able to place it in his car.

This is the very best holder for my cellphone & I've had more than a few.It places my phone very close to my steering wheel so it's extremely visable and accessible.The way it clips to the air vent is very secure & doesn't move even over bumpy roads.Others with suction cups which attach to the windshield lose their grip in the hot sun, no such problem with this one.This product is so good I bought one for each of my 2 children, who like it as much as I do.

extremely cheap product and engineering. Poor directions for installations. Don't buy this product.

Couldn't get the back to click on so that the phone would stay. Sorry. Had husband try also.
