Master Lock Trailer Lock, Stainless Steel Adjustable Coupler Latch Lock, 2847DAT

We were renting a uHaul for a week trip and I wanted to secure the trailer so I could disconnect and leave while we were out and about. This was a low cost, great solution. Gave me peace of mind that it would deter theft and was easy to use.Only potential issue is you can tell it is low cost, the keys are kinda like the daughters first diary level quality (not robust) and I'm not sure I'd trust it to stay outdoors in the elements long term as it'd probably rust.Overall: This is great for occasional use but I'd personally upgrade to something better if I was using it on my own trailer long term.

I like this lock because it was so easy to use.

I think this lock provides decent security to keep trailer from being detached from ball while in transit. Careful observation is needed to see which way to insert the key.

I bought this lock for my garden/yard shed and it is perfect for that application. the quality is good and there is no stiffness in the key slot. I am very happy it has a cover for the key slot so there will be no problem with getting dirt build up in it.

I like that it has multiple notches since my trailer and camper need it set to a different notch. Seems to work nicely.

Must purchase to avoid someone stealing your tow hitch.

Busted the original from my 1up bike rack. This fits perfect. Offers the security I was looking for.

I think it does it's job but looks weak

Last one survived many years in all weather, including being hit with my snow blower. Still going but a bit rough. Early retirement.
