Still no response about their product
Why sell something if it doesn't work without having to pull the material thru the slot really hard???? Very disappointed more in NOT getting back to me twice now.

Failed product. ! A load of junk
A waste of money. This thing is a failure. Look at the comparisons above. My 1 inch reputable mod is compared. The throat of my 1 inch model is double the size of this. It just doesn't work. A pity I shipped overseas and it does not make sense to ship back but its going in the bin as junk

I taught this was super cool, but I got it in parts with No instruction at all, I don't how to put it together
