Although this hat is a bit snug I absolutely LOVE it! I specifically ordered it to go kayaking and my very first day out was very windy. I was able to concentrate on my paddling and never had to worry about the hat flying off of my head.

It’s a great hat and runs a little small it keeps the sun off your neck which is important.

The sun flap doesn't cover your ears (which are very susceptible to sunburns) so for me it's kinda useless. The rest of the hat has nice features but I feel you'll end up looking like a dork with sunburned ears.

this hat is even uglier in person. it works for what i bought it for, which was to cut slits in the side so i could fit my ear protectors though it so i can wear a hat and ear muffs at the same time, but the brim is really curvy and the neck flap is too narrow and doesn't cover as well as i'd like. but hey, its a cheap hat and does the job.

keeps the sun off and keeps me cool under pressure!

My husband works all day in the sun and will not work without this hat. Very good quality and excellent price.

Really good hat. It vents really well and my head barely broke a sweat when hiking the AZ desert. I will say the size seems a little small; fits a little too snug on my head but I am hoping it loosens up as I wear it more.

It will not fit comfortably on larger heads. It max's out at about 6 7/8 size. I kept it b/c I needed it for a trip and didn't have time to find another.
