this was a gift for a future writer of plays. the quality was excellent and it really was a beautiful piece--handmade in Poland and it is something she will treasure for a long time--I wasn't sure what the quality would be but I was pleasantly surprised

gifted this item, love the sturdiness and detailed design, expected it to be a larger size, but i probably was careless and didn't check the proportions.

A littler smaller than what I expected but the quality of the box was really nice beautiful wood. A minor scratch on the bottom, but not really that visible.
