I looked for days to try to find the perfect puzzle rack. This is great. It's not too heavy, the puzzles fit great (whether they are the pieces that sit in, sit on top or have the little nubs). If fits mostly every puzzle we have, so sizing for your average puzzle works great with this. The price was fair too on this. The only con I have (if you'd count it as that) is that it is tall. If your kid knocks it over you are going to have a mess especially if it's full. However it fits a good amount of puzzles, which can also be seen as a pro. Would definitely buy again!

We have a lot of Melissa and Doug and other wooden puzzles. This rack really helps keep them organized. The chunky knob puzzles fit when you skip every other section to allow room for the knobs. The really big puzzles don't fit very well. You have to slide the narrow side in for it to fit and it makes those puzzles wobbly and awkward in the rack. This would be a great gift for little ones that have a lot of the medium size wooden puzzles.

Update (11/18/19): I am changing my original review to reflect the product only and removing my assumption that same branded products should fit together. Melissa and Doug has another chunky puzzle storage rack that can hold both the standard 12” wide puzzles as well as wider ones. I have since returned need this one and purchased that other one and love it. If I had paid attention to the size and measured my puzzles, I wouldn’t have made the mistake of buying the wrong product for my needs.While this product looks great and looks like it would solve my child’s chunky puzzle storage, I’m highly disappointed that it is not wide enough to fit the Melissa & Doug chunky puzzle sets. Why make a product that isn’t compatible with your other products?! I just don’t understand.I guess I should have measured my puzzle sets to make sure they would fit...I made the mistake of assuming that same brand products would work together. I will likely have to return this and find another solution.

This is a nice wire rack but not practical for all to fit. It holds a few of my toddlers puzzles but we still have to find another place to store the others.

I bought the puzzle holder due to the fact that I have many puzzles that the pieces would get lost in a toy box. The holder fits perfectly on a shelf and holds the puzzles for easy accessible. My grandson can easily grab a puzzle and easily put it away when finished. This would be a perfect baby shower or birthday gift for any child. The metal is strong with safe welds that can take a child dropping the holder.

Very large holds a lotta puzzles of different lengths.Some big ones, some little ones does hold the chunky ones.You just have to angle it right.

The Ms. Rachel Mellisa and Doug alphabet puzzle does not fit this shelf. Also some Lovevery puzzles that has a knob on each piece don’t fit either.

I was searching for quite a bit, for a sturdy puzzle holder. My challenge however, was that most of my sons puzzles are thicker/ the ones that make sounds. Traditional puzzle holders were not holding them... then I found this one and what a success! It sits on our wooden floors and even when my son pulls or drags the rack, it does not scratch the floors!The puzzle rack is made well, holds 12 puzzles at a time, and is very easy to remove and put back puzzles into. Highly recommend for those chunkier/ thicker puzzles!
