Amazing! My husband and I have been TTC for over 2 years now. After the 1st year TTC we discovered that my hormones weren't balanced and that my body doesn't ovulate. I bought the Estrosmart Plus and didn't use it for the longest time. I always had that nagging feeling to take it, and didn't do so until after we spent time doing treatments with our Fertility Specialist. We unfortunate miscarried November 2017 and ultimately decided to take a break from the doctor. Once again I had that nagging feeling to take the Estrosmart Plus I had purchased a year ago. I've been taking it for 3 months thus far along with the Glucosmart and I can't even believe the changes in my body! My acne is basically gone, which i've struggled with since the 6th grade, my periods went from 7 days to 5 days and are so effortless and the first day of CD1 is the only crampy day for me now, i've seen dramatic changes in my cervical mucus for TTC, and I'M OVULATING!! Along with that, I can feel my body geering up to ovulate which i've never felt that before on my own. I will be buying the Estrosmart Plus from now on to help me in my TTC journey. I have complete faith that i'll be able to conceive on my own using this product. I would highly recommend these two products.

I've been taking EstroSmart Plus (the one with Vitex) for several years now. I suffer from PCOS and my cycles had been all over the place, 40-90 days, 7 days of flow and severe cramps. Of course my doctor wanted to put me on some birth control to regulate my cycles. Have you ever read the possible side effects on any of them?! No thanks! Since taking these, my cycles are between 28-35 days (every so often I'll have a 19 or 42 day cycle), flow is 4-5 days and only 1 day of cramping and no more painful cysts. I take 2 pills every morning.

I never write reviews BUT. I have been suffering from hormonal adult acne for over a year. I tried everything from Dr. Prescribed medication creams and antibiotics. Birth control pills and other supplements. I was so self conscious I couldn't leave the house with out make up. After about a month of this product my face looks great. I still have scars from my previous acne but no new cystic pimples. My cycle has regulated nicely after getting off birth control pills (that made my acne worse).Note: I also am getting monthly facials and using good face products. But sometimes you have to treat acne from the inside out.Follow up 7/2018 using this product for almost 2 years. Still helps my acne and helped me loose belly fat.

Second order--think it's working but just ok. PCOS and fibroid symptoms have not changed much.

Finally found something that has helped with premenstral breast pain. I have been dealing with extreme breat pain for years. The pain wasn't the only problem it was also the the double cup size growth due to cysts fluid retention. For years I was told that it was just something I'll have to deal with or I could get the cysts drained monthly for relief... no thanks. Anyway, I've been taking estrosmart plus for 2 months and my premenstral breast pain was 75% better! I honestly could not believe it. This has been the only thing that has worked. I'm beyond happy and will continue to use this product.

I was recommended these by my sister to help with hormonal imbalance and PMS struggles. After 9 days of taking them daily, I got very bad depression, anxiety, and developed horrible acne. I stopped taking them and reached out to the company to see if my symptoms are normal or not, I was told I would get a call from their head nutritionist. That never happened, so I am returning them.Long story short, these did the opposite of what they were supposed to.

So I ordered these about a year ago, but was so turned off by the scent that they were collecting dust under my sink for a long time. About a month ago I decided to get over the smell and give these an honest shot.Since taking these for one month I have noticed a decrease in my hormonal acne. It’s not gone, but instead of the usual major breakout before my period I have only three pimples. My cramps are usually quite bad and with my first period since taking these they are still there, but I’m not using a heating pad or popping Advil around the clock.Overall, these are not a miracle worker but I am pleased with my results. I’m looking forward to seeing if there are continued improvements.

I have suffered from the afternoon headache every day for many years and have had several bouts of migraines that sometimes last up to a month. After starting the ENDO diet (no dairy, no gluten, no red meat) and taking these pills - my body now feels completely different. I no longer suffer from abnormal stabbing pains in my gut, and I only occasionally get headaches now which is amazing. I still suffer from occasional hormonal cystic acne, but I will be continuing to buy these pills for the other benefits they provide.
