These are good barrettes. I have shoulder-length hair. They are easy to use and work well to help keep my hair neat-looking. They do slip around in my hair a bit, but that hasn't been a problem - I just reposition them. They seem to be durable.

I recently started wearing wigs for female pattern baldness. I bought several types of hair pins and clips to hold my hair up under the wig. These clips work the best. They lie flat so they don't have points that stick up through the wigs like bobby pins do. They hold my hair well. I use a velour headband so the wig doesn't slip but it tends to slide a little or the edge might roll so I use several clips around the edge of the headband to help hold it in place. Works great.

The colors are lighter in person than on the pictures and they feel fairly flimsy/breakable but for the cheap price amount in a package it’s very much worth it to me.
