This saved me during my diagnosis of De Quervains. The splint is comfortable and is effective at immobilizing the thumb and wrist joint. Easy to sleep in or wear during the day. Would recommend for anyone needing a wrist based thumb spica splint.

Impressed with the overall quality, comfort and how this comfortable brace mostly prevents pain and keeps the thumb/wrist stable to a degree. The bottom Velcro strap however constantly slides down onto my arm so have to struggle with the strong and sticky Velcro to remove and re strap it.>Now, perhaps it's too small one might think but oh, it's a one size fits all. I'm a female with medium frame (not petite) and if a considerable larger person wore this it would be even worse.. I don't get it. i trust and know the Mueller name so maybe this should really marked Small vs. OS.

Fits good, comfortable, supports dislocated thumb very well, to restricts thumb movement it still allows use. The velcro where's out too quick for my liking. I've gone thru quite a few over the years. Wear it every day to be able to do my job well. I've tried other brands and designs. This one serves my needs

I tried several of the highest rated thumb stabilizers and this one has outshone the others. I’m quirky and wouldn’t be able to stand velcro touching my skin, it being too loose or too tight, restricting too much movement, not stabilizing my thumb enough, or being too hot lol 😆 I am happy to say this thumb stabilizer is just right in all areas. It’s comfortable, easy to take off and on with my nondominant hand, can be used on either wrist, doesn’t make my hand sweat, provides optimal support without over-restricting my thumb, and is high-quality and durable with extra strong velcro. Most important… it does not rub and create sore spots. I can wear it all day and it doesn’t interfere with my daily duties or hobbies. My thumb feels so much better when I have this on!

I bought two of these braces in late summer and they made a significant difference in my daily living with my wrist and thumb pain. When the velcro started to wear out after 4 months around Christmas, I bought another set. I wear them on both hands. However, that second pair had velcro that was incredibly hard to pull off at first but now two months later the velcro doesn't stick (unless I really tighten the strap to the point where it's almost uncomfortably tight). I'm not sure there's a solution here but it's frustrating to spend $30 on two items that only last a couple months. I probably wear them a third of the time so it's not like they're getting overused. Five stars for product but two star deduction for Velcro failure and short product life

Very comfortable and well made. Easy to apply and adjust without help. Stabilized my thumb well but did not immobilize it (Not advertised as immobilizer so not disappointed). Highly recommend
