VIOLET EVERGARDEN ( ENGLISH AUDIO ) - COMPLETE ANIME TV SERIES DVD BOX SET (13 EPISODES)

It's not a question of "if" you will cry. It's "when". Which episode will finally break you. For me, it was the playwright episode. One of the best anime shows of all time. Beautiful graphics with a top notch soundtrack.

The series depicts the horrors and heartbreak of war. Violet is trying to readjust to no longer being used as a killing machine without a heart. She lost her arms in the last battle of the war and is trying to understand the last words her commander told her. So she becomes an Auto Memories Doll to try and learn what the words meant. A Doll refers to a trade like one would call a mechanic but a Doll writes letters for those who don't know how to write.This story follows Violets path as she learns how to compose letters for people shines the light on tragedies, loves, heartbreaks and triumphs that will tug at your heart strings.The artwork, music and story is fantastic! WARNING! It may even make you cry. All in all I loved it. Glad I took a chance on it and it's one of my favorite. Would be nice to see another season.

Before you go see the movie in 2020. You must see the TV shows. No family. No Master. A young woman war veteran must come to grips with her past. While writing letters as an auto memory doll.

I'm locked in my house because of the virus, so I watched this whole series though it's primarily intended for a female audience. I was hoping violet would turn out to be a cyborganic killing machine but no such luck. I think women would really like the series, or at least women that already like anime.The one annoying thing about this is there was a male character that wears 6 inch heels. Why? No reason at all. It has no impact on the plot. If it weren't for netflix being determined to brainwash the masses with "progressive" degeneracy then the high heels on a male character would have been edited out since it had no relation at all to the plot, it was just shoehorned in there because of Netflix disgusting commie political bent. Netflix's progressive brainwashing poisons everything they do and this anime is no exception.The plot is stupid in the way that American entertainment is stupid and the writing makes it more of an american cartoon than japanese anime. The plot is weak but the intent of the anime is for chicks to sit there crying and eating ice cream so who needs a plot?

It's a pirated DVD. The color, lighting, sound is off and there isn't even an opening for the episodes. If I could I'd get my money back, and report the seller. I paid $50 for it.Just get it from the producer's website. It'll save you time and it'll be worth it in the end.

I liked how you travel with Violet through her adventures, see through her fresh eyes, and it reminded me to always keep an open mind.

Arrived quick and the quality is pretty good for a stand in until the real Blu Ray releases
