I have lower back pain, which I was told may be exasperated by my posture. I had tried a lower back brace, but it seemed to make things worse because it was putting more pressure on my lower back. I decided to try one of these shoulder ones, and this was the best price. Not knowing if it would work, I purchased this one. It made an instant difference. It’s great quality to the price, and fits me well even though I’m 6’7” so many things don’t.Definitely worth trying 👍

I have struggled with bad posture /slouching my whole life of 66 years and this simple strap actually seems to keep me upright all day with no effort or side effects !

Love the way it corrects the posture not allowing me to slump. And it does feel good, but it does seem to pull my neck forward as well. A design help to keep the back strap off of the neck would be very very very beneficial. I have adjusted the Velcro strap from minimum to maximum. And the minimum is much more comfortable.

I wear it around the house and at work. A bit uncomfortable underneath the arms.

I’ve not been wearing it all the time, I drive a lot during the day and this has really helped alleviate tension in the back of my neck. I looked at myself in the mirror and was so surprised to see how straight my posture looked compared to how it was before.Nice one.

This posture corrector helps my neck so much! Wearing it for a minimum of 30 minutes each day helps me sleep at night with no neck pain.
