SAFAVIEH Anatolia Collection 8' Round Beige / Beige AN512A Handmade Traditional Oriental Premium Wool Area Rug

We love this rug! It's thick, plush and has beautiful colors. As others have mentioned, it does shed a little and it does have a slight smell when it first comes out of the wrapping, but I'd still buy this rug again!

This rug is wonderful. It is thick and soft, it had no significant smell, and has minimal shedding. The colors are vibrant and the size is perfect!

This is a lovely rug; however, the color is a bit off from the photo. Which you never expect online colors to be exact but I was expecting the background to be much lighter as is shown. I purchased this rug for my master bedroom which was more monotoned neutrals. The background is quite a bit darker than shown in the main photo of the listing but still a lovely combination of colors. The green is a yellow green which some may not like and there is a touch of gold in the print. The brown is warm and there is taupe in much of the background also. So I would say very earthy tones for this rug. Nothin bright in its color scheme but that was not what I wanted anyway. Although, it wasn't exactly the look I was going for I'm going with it because the quality is so good. And I think the colors are working with what I already had in the room. It's thick and cushiony (is that a word?) and I feel will hold up well with my dogs. We had just recently went from carpeting to vinyl flooring so this rug gives us a nice transition. The only other issue I found was the size was quite a bit small than I expected. I know measurements are not always exact but this "9'x12'" ended up measuring 8.9'x12.3". LOL So your the 3" you lost in width you gained in length. For me I really needed it in the width but again I'm going with it. I guess I will add that some of the print is, let's say questionable, I can't tell if the large print at each corner is supposed to be a bulb or a pumpkin with horns. LOL. Hopefully, it's just my crazy imagination. Having said all that, you probably think, then why are you keeping it. Because it I found all those "issues" workable and it is seems to be a high quality rug that is very attractive in the area that I am using it. I do highly recommend Safavieh for your choice of area rug. The quality is just there. Also, I haven't experienced the "shedding" problem that some reviewers have mentioned.

I love the rug and it looks incredible under my coffee table. The only problem I have is that it does shed a lot.

The quality of this was GREAT as well as the value for the cost. Unfortunately, the smell was too strong for me. Even after I wrapped it to return it, put it in the car night b/4, the oder was too strong. It's unfortunate, b/c it was a perfect match

I love the Safavieh Oriental wool rugs ie the designs, thickness, price and a great selection.They tend to shed and it’s annoying. However, this is the first Safavieh carpet that doesn’t shed. So whatever this company is doing, I think they’ve finally nailed it on the shedding issue.

The color is perfect. The rug is thick and very well made. The 6 x9’ size fits my room perfectly. I am very pleased.
