Bring your own tools
Arrived with all parts (though my part for the tissue box was the wrong color). Instructions are not very precise, and one does wonder if the order of builds presented in the instructions are really the best. I was surprised to find that there is room for a third party music box mechanism behind the first story closet, though the predrilled holes for mounting screws might not fit all models. I could only get two of the three screws to fit on a mechanism I purchased, causing it to rattle when playing. The box lists the incorrect battery size for the lights. The "tool kit" included is of exceptionally poor quality. I ended up using only the tweezers. I'd recommend builders to provide their own shears, metal straight edge, exacto knife, fine sandpaper, glue, and possibly a drill to adjust the holes for the optional music box. Some parts did require sanding to fit properly. All measurements of printed and paper parts were very accurate. Lots of pluses and minuses overall. After accommodating the product's frustrations, it was a joy to build and a treat to look at.

Very Cute and High Quality Product
Nice quality and had all the pieces. The instructions were a bit hard to follow so I had to look up an instructional video online but that made it a lot easier to make. I finished this project in about 6 hours straight.

Bought this Japanese Inn for my wife so she can add to her collections. Upon unboxing, there were many small parts. This Inn came with LED lights. When I test the lights with the batteries it came with, it did not work. The instructions are not precise. You need to pre-fit in order to ensure proper placement of the parts. I rely mainly on the pictures of the model on the box. Overall, I had fun building it and liked the details.

Love these dollhouses
I love making these types of dollhouses and this one is no different. It is difficult so I don’t recommend this one for a beginner. However it is fun to make.
