It does the job definitely creates a barrier on the skin to not get blisters from shoes. Is like a miracle. My only complaint is that is a reslly small bottle for the price.

I'm a dancer and my feet take a lot of abuse. This is easy to apply and significantly reduces the blisters and skin irritation. Sadly it doesn't change the aches and pains of the muscles and joints inside the feet, but it's really nice not having to fight with band aids and tape when I wear strappy heels.

At about 7:30am, I sprayed 2 coats of this across the base of my toes, where these yellow wedges usually give me blisters. It dried quickly and looked a little shiny but not very noticeable. A few hours later, it looked like the photo, like I had extremely dry skin on the top of my foot. That doesn’t really bother me because nobody would really notice. But then it felt a little itchy. But no blisters by the end of the day, so it’s a win in my book!

This worked really well, didn’t get flaky and didn’t make my feet look wet. Very pleased!

I have been working weekends at our local Rennisance Faire, and am incredibly blister prone. It was upwards of 95 degrees, with high humidity this past weekend. I had high hopes for this spray, as my usual go to (RunGoo) was not in stock.The spray didn't last long. I got maybe two or three good applications before the small bottle ran out. It took a few minutes to dry, which was frustrating as I was trying to get out the door and over to our morning meeting.The spray just didn't work. I'm not sure if it was because of how hot it was, the spray just sort of came off with the sweat. By the time Sunday was finished, I had blisters ON my blisters.If you're going to be highly active during the day, and on your feet for 12 hours, this just doesn't cut it.

I was a mega fan of the old formula of Pre Heels. It was exceptional. I got the worst blisters of anyone I know, and it prevented me from getting any more. This new stuff doesn't work as well. I need to apply multiple coats to get the same effect, which essentially doubles the cost of the original. It still works fine, but Itself not the value it used to be.

Wow, love this product! Spray a couple of light coats on the areas that rub against your shoes and your feet will thank you. Wore a new pair of shoes to a wedding and was afraid of blistering from the friction and stiffness of the straps. Danced all night and my feet felt great, no redness, soreness, or blisters, amazing! Just be sure not to spray on painted toenails it will junk up your pedicure. Cover your nails before you spray.
