A perfect replacement for the gas struts (squidgy!) on a foot stool with lift up lid for storage. Seem good quality and were a very easy swap over.

Easy to fit and use, and good quality for the price. But beware the description - they are far too powerful for a toy box closing mechanism unless the lid of the toy box is about 15kg!

Moved into a house with overhead kitchen cupboards but dead gas lifts. One smashed jar of coffee later I knew I needed to get them sorted. I was thrilled to be able to purchase replacements same day from Amazon. The fixings were slightly different, but I was able to unscrew the socket joint from the shaft and swap the one from the original struts. Job done.

Easy to fit

was quickly delivered and then followed the installation process and measurements but on the first close of the lid, the supports bent and made the whole system useless - thrown in the bin.

bought 3 sets of these for a job.The strength is amazing, and they do as the advert says

Schnelle Lieferung und bereits rein optisch und haptisch wertige Verarbeitung!!Ich habe die Gasfedern noch nicht verbaut denke aber dass sie zweifelsfrei ihre Aufgabe erfüllen werden!!Im Gegensatz zu den anderen Gasfedern die hier noch in diesem Preissegment angeboten werden überzeugten mich die stabilen Befestigungspunkte der Kugelköpfe die zudem über geriffelte Langlöcher verfügen um nachträglich noch nachjustieren zu können!!Bei den anderen Gasfedern die ich gesehen habe fehlt diese Möglichkeit wodurch zB. bei DIY-Möbeln sehr genau gemessen werden muss um unschöne Löcher zu vermeiden!!Auch lassen sich so Abstände und Spaltmaße leichter korrigieren!!Angesichts der guten Qualität und dem günstigen Preis gibt's daher von mir ein "absolut empfehlenswert"!!

He colocado ambos resortes de gas en la puerta del armario de mi cocina en unos minutos, de forma rápida y sencilla. La medida de 24.5 cm de largo era la que buscaba y los anclajes coinciden con los que ya tenía, por lo que he aprovechado los agujeros antiguos.La tensión y presión al elevar la puerta es gradual y no dan un golpe final como me pasaba con los dos que tenía puestos.La calidad es buena, espero que duren mucho tiempo porque están colocados en un armario que utilizamos continuamente a diario.

Todo muy bien, lo único que nos faltó un tornillo, pero teníamos los anteriores.Todo.muy bien.Los recomiendo totalmente.
