Great thick quality!
Great product. & great coverage. It’s a thicker layer that seems it will last longer. Made the wood like new again after 25 years after being built!

Great stuff
This stuff worked great on the tiles around the pool, had to have decreased the surface temperature by 15° if not more. Before you could not touch them or stand on them for more than a few seconds now you can for as long as you want. Only negative is the amount of product required and you have to do a primer first or it will not stick

Already rubberized/ Made it work!
We ordered 1 -5gal bucket 1st, then decided to be sure to have enough we ordered the 2nd 5gal bucket . Glad we did! The 1st bucket had about 2gal that had rubberized already. We dug it out and mixed what we could with the other bucket. Contacted customer service about issue and going through process of compensation. Even with all that, we would buy again! Easy to apply and looks great!

Solid rubber!
Project delayed due to weather: too late for a refund. Opened can and half the product was solid rubber, with thick liquid below. This was a test can, along with LR primer, for a larger 6-7 can project. I contacted liquid rubber but i am now looking at other products. Definitely recommend opening the can upon arrival to check for this.Update: Color is also not as shown - not even close. It’s gray with a hint of tan. Liquid Rubber refuses to refund bc it’s Amazon. Do not buy this product! I am stuck with a $84 can of rubber - frustrating, since i’ve prepped the area.

Very happy with it
I got delivered on time, but due to some issues, I used it 2 months later. The bucket is sealed, so when i opened it, all fluid still fresh like paint oil. One bucket good enough for 2 coats for my small patio. Results are very nice, pretty sure it will fix the leaking.

The product has resisted successfully to rain , snow and abrupt temperature changes .
We used this material to protect a plywood balcony bottom subject to weather aggressions and numerous footsteps . When cleaned , the surface has no apparent deterioration and looks like new a year after application of product. It adheres well to exterior wood filler and although the manufacturer recommends total removal of existing paint and other previously applied material, it was not rejected as there remained stubborn paint spots even after cleaning them as well as possible but with minimal sanding and no application of paint remover . Due to this positive experience, we bought it again for maintenance purposes and other protection projects.

This thick product dries too quick to apply smoothly. Once it near drying it forms muddy pastes...
I applied this product with a 10 mm (3/8") roller on a cleaned vinyl covered deck. I applied at least 3 layers to get the recommended thickness. One day after, I had some light drizzle and when the deck dried up I found several (not sure air or water?) small (1/4" to 1/2") bubbles between the vinyl and the rubber coating. I did not know what caused them and still too early for me to know the long term affects...Updates: 3 weeks after, the bubbles got bigger and bigger, finally cracked and peeled off from the base.(see attached photos) The product is useless for my purpose. I did not only lose money on buying this expensive product but also my time spent in applying and now to remove it. I rerate the product to 1 star.
