Excellent results
I'm a new Mom, and I was producing TONS of milk in the first month and a half of my journey. I had a huge supply, and I could breastfeed my baby and STILL produce at least five ounces of milk afterwards with my pump, and it was like that until that month and a half went by. After that, I noticed that I could only pump up to two ounces even before I was feeding my baby, and my breast milk bags were quickly dwindling, which made me concerned. So, I searched for things to help with increasing the supply, and I stumbled across this. I was skeptical at first, but after only four/five days (and granted that I forgot to take them often as the bottle instructs), I finally got my supply back! It's over five ounces now, and that's only from one breast. I've also been snacking on lactation cookies to help, but I'm happy with my results 🙏🏼 I haven't had any stomach aches or any discomfort. The pills are pretty big, but the results that I've gotten are worth it.

It works!!
I love Mama’s Select Goat’s Rue! I first tried it when a friend gave me some she had leftover from her breastfeeding journey. I was also using Fenugreek. I continued to buy my own supply once that ran out, but I felt like something was off… and the more I read the more I learned that taking both supplements together can be counterproductive. I decided to stick with the goat’s rue because I felt that is really what helped increase my supply. I do feel like I notice a difference and I don’t even take the full dose. I think I’m holding out on the dosage for when my body my really need it. I’m 4 months postpartum and still exclusively breastfeeding without any need to supplement with formula. My hope is to continue to exclusively breastfeed without any formula supplementation. I have a fear that I might stop producing and taking Mama’s Select Goats Rue helps give me reassurance that I can continue on my breastfeeding journey.

I really liked this product!
I’m still unsure if it has had a major impact on my milk supply or not, I will say I’ve been producing more milk with my second baby than I did my first and I did not take any breastfeeding supplements with my first. With that being said, Goats Rue may be the reason why I have more milk this time or it could be unrelated. I am still suffering from under supply all things considered but I am producing slightly more milk than last time. I like that the Goats Rue capsules don’t have a bad taste and they are easy to take. I saw some people complaining about upset stomach, I have not experienced that. Also, I don’t think it’s making my baby’s stomach upset as they have not been fussy or anything like that. I also read that it can cause issues with blood sugar, I had gestational diabetes with this pregnancy and so I’ve checked my blood sugar a few times after taking the goats rue and personally I haven’t seen it have any effect on me in that way. It’s really cool that the company is offering a free bottle because I’d love to keep taking it and see if I can increase my supply anymore.

DANGEROUS
Is been 4 days taking this pills. I notice I been bleeding a bit when I pee and feel a slight pain in my ovaries that will go away since I started taking them. I will see like bloody jelly coming down when I pee. After I saw what the pills making me do... I got a bit scare and decided to do research on them. I came across this website call Web MD/ vitamins and I copy and paste what I saw.... it say that goat rue is a plant that is used to make medicine....so far so good. Then it say that is use for diabetes and as a diuretic. In combination with other herbs goats rue stimulates the adrenal glands and pancreas (WAIT WHAT) is that why I am bleeding? to protect the liver from digestion problems and start breast milk. In addition, Some people use herbal combination that INCLUDES goats rue as a tonic and blood purification. " all I know is that am bleeding while tai this pills. Obviously something is wrong with them. I am not on my period because I had it this month on the 12 and only happened 2_3 days of taking them. When I was reading some more about how does it work? It sat that goats rue has a chemical that lower blood sugar in test tubes but is unclear if it has same effect on people. There is not enough evidence that is healthy while breastfeeding for the baby. Bleeding conditions it say that goats rue might slow blood clotting and increaseThe risk of bleeding. In theory goats rue might make bleeding disorders worst. Diabetes might lower blood sugar in some people. It swy keep in mind that natural products are not necessarily safe.Lastly, when I bought it....The pills once you received it....you get an email confirmation thanking you for buying the pills along with instructions that say "say no to birth control". That notice do not show In Amazon while you getting ready to buy it. Otherwise, I would have not bought it because I was on birth control and I had to stop taking it in order for this pills to work. It makes sense.... if you take birth control prevents you to get pregnant so it prevents everything related to pregnancy such as milk flow that is why affect the results of the pills but that should have been said in Amazon as well so people can know before buying not through a thank you email for shopping and buying it.
