5380K MDF Door Kit

I bought this last January 2015 and withheld writing a review until I used it more. When I first put it together and was trying to slide adjust it to different sizes it didn’t want to move easily. So I took a little wax and applied to the parts that slid not to get it where the wood would be. It was the difference between day and night. My first application was to make about 30 doors. Started about 8:00 in the morning and finished about 3:30 in the afternoon. Never once have I made a decorative cabinet door in such a short time. This included drilling for hinges and edging the outer corners of the door. The customer was thrilled with the looks and I was able to do it cheaper than standard raise panel doors. Would I recommend this to others? No because I want their customers. But for others out of my area, yes with a little wax it works great for me!PS Don't forget to turn the vacuum on!

I'm highly disappointed with this kit. It appears heavy and durable. We were not able to square it up in order for the tracks to slide. I tried calling on a Saturday and they were closed. As it stands now, this is unusable.

I looked at this and read reviews for almost a year , I finally bit the bullet and bought it last month, I used it today to make 24 cabinet doors , setup and all doors were ready for paint in less than four hours . The only thing I did to modify was I cut 2 -3 x32 and 2-3x48 1/4 strips and double side taped them to the bottom of the rails so not to have to use the troublesome spacers sent in box , excellent job Woodhaven , I'll give you a definite atta boy for this !!!!!

way overpriced for what it really is.

This is probably the 12th to 15th product I have purchased from Woodhaven and the have never missed. Very thoughtful design and high quality has been a constant in all of their products. If they make something for an application that I need they are my first choice as the vendor.

I've made lots of doors with your tools and They have turned out excellent. thank you very much

it was very hard for my husband and I to put together, the nuts kept coming back off due to the bolts was so short, have to use the provided shims to be the correct height (mine got thrown away by accident) they could have made the bottom l brackets thicker and do away with the shims, we just wasted our money on this.
