This ace bandage -type wrap sticks to itself and so stays in place. I had a two inch long abrasion on my leg .The nurse dressed it with a pad and wrapped it with gauze. But the gauze wrap fell down . Another care giver introduced me to this unique wrap and every thing stayed in place. The down side is that it's rough, so cover it with a open ended tube cover, if you are bothered..

I first encountered Coban wrap at the hospital m y wife was being treated at. I asked the nurse about it and she gave me the remainder of the roll. Once it was used up at home, I ordered a less expensive but seemingly similar product. It wasn't the same. It didn't stick to itself well and curled at the edges within a short time. I then ordered the 3M Coban roll and it didn't disappoint. A bit more expensive, but it holds its shape, holds its adhesiveness and is the quality product I've come to expect from 3M.

I have used the Coban wraps a number of times and find them superior to other brands available in drug stores. They are often reusable, stick well, and don’t tangle and twist, assuming the user knows how to use! They are worth the money compared to others I have tried. I do recommend.

Good $; not as comfortable as blue silicone

I purchased this because I've been using the wrap from the pharmacy, which is a little heavier duty. This is what we got from the hospital when my wife tore the skin on her arm. Also self adhesive but lighter and seems more breathable than the store wrap. I didn't compare price but this seemed to be about the same price and my wife seems to prefer the feel when she has it on versus the store wrap.

I suddenly developed a bad case of Trigger thumb. When you bend your thumb it clicks and pops and can be quite painful. The doctor prescribed a brace that was fairly expensive and didn't even last. It got dirty and wet and was a pain to use. This Corban you can just cut off a small piece and it sticks to itself so you can stabilize your finger or thumb quite easily. If it gets wet or dirty you simply discard it and put a new one. Easy Peasy.
