Good machine
So far so good! Very silent and good cooling!

Noisy
AC is good, Able to get the required chillness within 10 mins.The product quality and installation was good.Outdoor unit is noisy, so even if we put the AC in sleep mode the compressor sound is audible inside the house.

Good product but installation cost is very high
Product is good. It's worth of money but company installation cost is very high compared to other brand products. I spend the money 3200 .

Bluestar makes money out of accessories
Yet to check to comment on performance. Shape is pathetic, gap between wall and indoor unit due to defective design. Installation was to be borne by customer but had to pay for outdoor unit brackets about 1000 Rupees. Drain pipe is usually Rs 100 but bluestar charges 300.Some good brands have installation included along with brackets.Installation was ok. They charged 1200

Best AC for 120 sqft room
previously I used 1.5 ton LG company AC but performance was not good as compared to this Bluestar AC, blue star 1 ton is very good cooling performance even running at 27°C. It is covering 120 sqft room size. Build quality is good. Outdoor unit size is big seems like 1.5ton AC.Great choice, good company AC.

nice product by blue star, cooling is so good, working properly but bue star installation service is below average, after sale service and customer support is pathetic even they did not register my product warranty after requesting many times
