Just what I needed as a replacement speaker for a 1950 Motorola television set. Works great!

Tough, heavy duty, sounds great, good value. Fits perfectly, easy to install, works very well.

only limitation on these is low power rating--15 watts rms, 30 max. hence 2 per the cabinet. sound is okay in homebuilt enclosure,(must tweak): being a cabinetmaker helps as nothing is ever permanent insofar as shape or materials. that's the fun of it. and with the price for both being what it is (way reasonable), disappointment isn't an option. not shielded, so i'd avoid computer applications.

I used these speakers in a Raspberry Pi / HiFiBerry Amp2 / Volumio project, to create a retro speaker cabinet with touch screen. At 60W (full output of the HiFiBerry) they sound clean. Very impressive. The frequency response is great above 100Hz. They really shine when playing blues or acoustic guitar songs. Also, note that they are heavy for their size due to the large magnets.

The price was right. I got the speaker to replace a bad speaker in my 1970 bose 901 speakers. It d did the job and blend right in with rhe remaining speakers.. What counts, my vintage stereo system is back up and sounds great..👍

Used to replace old speakers on towers and man oh man they are amazing! Super loud! Super clean and crisp! Highly recommended
