This product should be removed from Amazon , due to false information and , the possibility that it can corrupt your device.To start with, this is NOT a battery case. Don’t let the headline confuse you. This is a case (no real protection involved) with a detachable battery pack. A TRUE battery case would not require the addition of a battery pack, nor would it be this bulky .There are quite a few problems with this design:A> Cannot use Qi charging while battery is attached to charge both phone and case . This is an inherently flawed conceptB> The battery appears to constantly be running, and is absolutely going to cause you issues in the long run. It’ll burn down faster and it’ll cause issues with your phoneC> This thing runs so hot, if left running , it WILL fry your phone . After not even two hours, the phone was so hit the camera refused to run the flashD> If you use the device while the battery is plugged in, but unplug it? You have to detach the battery from the case and reattach it in order to get the phone to charge again.I wish there was something, anything good I could say about this case, and no it’s nit “defective”. The fact is that this design, this entire product is just horrible. Using this repeatedly WILL harm your device

So I’ve been using this battery case for a few months by now. It does a wonderful job of doing exactly what I need it to do; keep my phone charged all day without having to plug it in until I go to sleep. First, let me list some pros and cons:Pros:- This company is extremely responsive and helpful when you need help with their product. They provide excellent service and cares about their customers.- Has enough juice to last you pretty much all day long.- Can wire or wirelessly charge the case and phone at the same time.- Can use the headphone to lightning adapter to listen to music.- This case offers sufficient protection when you drop your phone in this case (BUT don’t depend on it as a protective case to save your phone every time).Cons:- I have problems with the connecting the charger to the case. It feels loose, so you don’t want to use your phone in this case while you’re charging.- Can’t transfer data through your PC with this case on, so you have to take this case off when you do that.I will reiterate that if you have problems with this company’s product, they WILL help you and offer good service and walk you through it. It’s always nice when you buy from someone who cares.As for the longevity of the battery life in this case, it’ll last you pretty much all day without charging, except if you’re playing graphic intensive games or using something like Waze. The case will still last me pretty much all day even if I’m playing games all day, but using an app like Waze doesn’t hold up. Even though I have the case charging my phone while using Waze, it’ll just slow down how much my phone’s battery drains rather than slowly charge it, so it’s better to just charge your phone while you’re using something like Waze since it’s a huge battery guzzler.About the protection this case offers, although I’ve dropped my phone numerous times, my phone and case are both still perfectly intact, but I still wouldn’t recommend dropping your phone, if you can help it. This case doesn’t offer any protection in the front, but I have a tempered glass screen protector to mitigate that, so I’ve been okay so far.For the cons, I dislike how loose the chargers fits when you plug them into this case, but it doesn’t affect me very much since I usually charge my phone and case while I sleep anyway. I honestly don’t expect to be able to transfer data with this case on, so this is also not that big of a deal for me, but I had to mention this for you to know anyway. That would be too much tech to fit into this case since this allows you to wirelessly charge your phone and use your lightning adapter to use your wired headphones and earbuds. Since the chargers and adapters fit loosely, I had to use a technique and position myself that prevents my adapter from falling out.Did I mention that you can wirelessly charge your phone and use your wired headphones and earbuds? Yup, this case allows you to do both, which is often a choice you have to choose from when browsing for battery cases.This case fits both my iPhone 6+ and 8+ perfectly. I’m sure the other iPhones with similar dimensions would fit just fine as well. There’s a small hole designed at the bottom of this case where the headphone jack is supposed to go for my 6+, so that was a nice touch.I will say that this case will last you all day even if you use your phone all day long with moderate to slightly heavy use. I work 12 hour shifts and have a lot of downtime, and this case lets me use my phone all night long until I get off in the morning without having to charge my phone and case until I get home.It takes this case about 3-4 hours to fully charge from empty. My phone can fully charge in about 2-3 hours as well. Even when both my phone and case are pretty much depleted by the time I go to sleep, they both will be fully charged after I wake up.All in all, I’m extremely happy with this case. I’ve had it for almost four months now, and it’s still working for me. I tried to find a battery case that could wirelessly charge my phone AND let me use my wired headphones. I tried browsing through pages and pages of battery cases that lets me do both, and I think this is the only one that does, so this battery case fits my needs perfectly. It feels well built and doesn’t feel flimsy to me. The minor flaws this case has doesn’t affect the overall experience for me, but it would be nice if they at least fixed the way the chargers fit into the case. I can say this case is wonderful, and I would definitely fully recommend this to anyone if the cons don’t bother you like how it doesn’t bother me!
