Bad product not worth the money

So close but so far away from being a decent product
The product seems well made and worked okay. The problem I have with it is the brush does not reach back to the back of the mouth. So the last 2 teeth top and bottom / left and right do not get touched. The instructions are a joke, there is no mention on what the difference is between the four settings you can choose. I am so disappointed with this product i’m Afraid it’s going back.
