So, far I've just used only the New Orleans rub on some salmon fillets, with some Hawaiian salt. Everyone really like it's flavor. I can't wait to try the other meat rubs. Mahalo, Mike

I feel like the rubs needed more added to them, some seemed a little bland but after adding my own spices I was able to doctor it up to my tasting...

Way to much salt! First two spices in each one....Memphis rub-Paprika-salt, New Orleans rub- Salt-spices, Carolina rub-Salt-paprika. To much salt, look elsewhere!
