This is my go-to for magnesium supplements. It has the highest level of Manesium Glycinate that I have found on Amazon and it is third party tested. The serving size is three capsules. I take two before bedtime and sleep like a baby. The size of the capsules are easy to swallow, which is nice.

Magnesium glycinate has been a game changer. I now take this at night before I go to sleep. It helps me fall asleep quickly, sleep soundly and feel great.

No known side effects. Take them at night to help with cramping in my feet and legs. So far so good.

This MIGHT be helpful for sleeping. Have not owned it long enough to really tell. Some nights seems to work pretty good, other nights not so much. I need to give it more time for a proper evaluation.

Fall asleep fast and stay asleep. The only thing is, if I take the recommended dose (3 capsules), I feel very groggy the next day.

I have osteoarthritis from in my left knee from playing pickelball. It started after my 2nd yr of playing. My Orthopedic surgeon suggested that I get a cortisone shot but I refused so I decided to go the alternative way. So I decided to buy this product, not knowing if it would really work....but after using it for over a month I have seen tremendous results. I now have very little to no pain in my left knee. This product is amazing!!!!! After playing pickleball for 4 hrs every other day I can now have a great night sleep without waking up in the middle of the night to deal with my pain.
