This has really helped me, the pain from my anal fissure has reduced dramatically and up to now, after using it a few weeks the bleeding has stopped. Yes it does sting very slightly but that’s a comfort to me as I know it’s working and I find the feeling comforting. Also I had anaemia due to bleeding so on item tablets, with this product stopping the bleeding means my iron levels are back up. I hope Amazon never stop selling this as it’s sorted my problem out. Thank you I’m so very grateful because I have enough physical problems to deal with I didn’t fancy endless embarrassing trips the hospital. So thank you again xx

Bought for someone else, but I am told it's very effective but also you can really feel it in the beginning.My biggest concern is the price, concern was expressed over the price so I did some searching and managed to find exactly the same stuff on a well known Asian retailer for £2 a tube! Heck I could buy it in bulk and undercut this retailer by a factor of 5 and still make a profit!I think the retailer should look again at their pricing.

Okay so firstly I never usually even bother to write reviews, but this product is worth one. I literally have suffered for ten years with the pain and discomfort of hemorroids. I have used all the crazy chemical branded creams like uniroid etc etc and have never found anything that makes me feel normal. Always just usually adding an extra level of lubrication and usually then friction to the area in general. With this product thogfu, after I got over the initial horrifically unusual sensation no doubt from the menthol in the product I genuinely was astounded. For the first time I've found a cream that makes me feel almost like I have no issue there. After one use!!!! One use!!!!! Of course I will update this once I've used it a week and can comment as to whether it shrinks things etc etc but I have been pleasently surprised so far! Definitely worth it and so much more reassuring knowing the ingredients are natural!!!!

I was fooled by what i think are fabricated reviews. It's a chinese product and many of the 5-star comments overly promoted the product as the miracle solution. I tried it, but it actually did nothing to the pain and nowehere near what the reviews said, and it caused a burning sensation that was quite uncomfortable. The negative reviews were more inline with my experience with the product. Avoid.

When I read reviews which said this product was a miracle I was very sceptical. However, having tried Anusol, which has worked previously, it was not effective with my current hemorrhoid problem and it was so painful I was willing to try anything. This product has really diminished the pain and discomfort, and worked pretty quickly. It hasn't shrunk it so far, but I am only a couple of days in so that may happen yet. However, just having the pain relief is amazing in itself.

My First use and it's causing a cooling effect in the area it's weird but it's cope able as not stinging roots like deep freeze I hope it works soon as the pain and bleeding every time I use the toilet it's painful and I just want it to stop. I have been using anosol cream for the past week but it's not doing anything so here's hoping. The tube is way better to use than a anosol tube as the cream comes out slower and stops once you stop squeezing so nothing is wasted which is great and the good in the nozzle is thinner.Down side is the expensive at nearly £15 a tube.
