Smart Wi-Fi Plug Dual Outlet Socket Energy Monitoring Timing Wireless Outlets Compatible with Alexa Echo and Google Home IFTTT APP Remote Control from Anywhere No Hub Required

I was looking for a 16A plug to use with a small 1500W space heater. The Product description here says that this plug is rated for 16A, however, when I received the actual item its manual and the box both clearly specified only 10A max current. I would not risk using it with anything that consumes more than 1.1kW of energy. I connected the plug with a small 1kW coffeemaker and a lamp. So far the plug seems to be working just fine, at least I did not notice any overheating. The energy monitoring feature is really nice. It shows current, voltage, wattage and total energy consumed in kWh. I am not sure how well that figure corresponds to the value measured by household electric meter, though. So in my case, when both the coffeemaker and the lamp are on the current drawn is about 9A, which is withing rated levels. Anyhow, the plug is so far so good, aside from the misleading description it is a fair product.

This device is an AWESOME item. The numerous features allow you to schedule and customize your lights and other household items to come on/off and respond in endless ways. Takes a bit of getting used to at first, as the instructions that come with are minimal... Nevertheless I love it! Supports home automation services, but I don't use those at this point. NOTE: the two outlets that are part of this 2-part adapter CAN BE customized Individually and/or together, to your liking.

I don't use Alexa. I used an app for it and you can download any app you choose (like smart life I think it is called) or use an app that you already have for another wifi enabled outlet to operate this. It is easy to set up and it works flawlessly.The point is, buying a cheap one like this makes sense because they all use the same exact technology and the technology is interchangeable.

Pretty good switches and it’s easy to set up with Alexa. Originally purchased one and already have purchased another and will probably get more.

cannot figure out how to use it. Not as easy as advertised

I was surprised at how well this works for the price! Integrates very seamlessly with Google Mini / using voice control. Will definitely be buying another!

The Smart Life app is very user friendly and easy to use. Plugs have always worked as advertised for me. The power on light may be a little too bright when used in a bedroom. I'd still highly recommend them to anyone.

Looked at several other smart plugs before taking a chance with this one. The price was perfect and it works great. Works great with Google Assistant.
