Comes in two very heavy boxes but did arrive early. Easy enough to figure out if you pay attention but none of the pieces are labeled like they are on the directions so you have to pay close attention to what you’re doing to get it figured out. It’s not real wood but as long as you’re not doing anything crazy it should last you a while. Matches the headboard I bought and the rest of the set that I bought as well. Overall very happy with how it looks and how it has matching pieces.

Was not packaged well at all, super disappointed that the wood came split like that because it’s way too much of a pain to return something like this. They do offer to send replacement parts so I’m going to go that route. It is beautiful set up and I am happy with it overall.

This is not real wood, but it does make a bedroom look more finished. I didn't mount to the bedframe, thought it did have slots to do so (no hardware was included so that must be field supplied). Instead, I installed a cleat on the wall and attached the headboard.

I was a little worried about buying because of a few negative reviews, but after a week of using my bed, I’m very pleased. It’s very sturdy. The assembly took a while but it was very worth it

It take a lot of work to put it together and almost the whole day but i like it it feel good and good sleep

I was looking for a wood headboard that was thin and easy to assemble to replace an old painted headboard. I made the right choice by ordering this one!! I put it together myself and it fit my queen bed perfectly! It’s not screwed in to the frame, but it’s just here for looks. LOVE IT!

After spending 2 hours assembling this frame, there were live bed bugs in the support slats. Buyers beware!!!

Shipped quickly and arrived several days sooner than expected in 3 boxes. Assembly took about 3 hours with two people involved: one primarily reading and directing the assembly process but also with hands on, and one primarily assembling. It came together nicely and is very stable. With my double-thick pillow-top mattress, I am sleeping well on this bed. No box-spring required! It is also quite high, which I like, making it easy for me (a big guy) to get out of bed. in the morning. This bed has two large drawers, as expected. I assumed that I would receive a wood finish panel to fill in the spaces where there are no drawers, but that is not the case. As such, there are are 2 large gaps underneath which looks weird and allows for dust to gather underneath. Had I known this, I would have ordered a bed with 4 drawers, even though I don't need them, just to make it look complete. That is my only complaint. I will contact the manufacturer to see if I can order 2 more matching drawers separately. Otherwise, I can defintely recommend this platform bed in terms of quality and practicality at a budget price, at a time when I am having to be budget-conscious.

The wood is nice, the price was right and it looks and feels great with the bed frame.My only concern my spouse and I have is the headboard does not attach to the bed frame in anyway. I understand you can by them separately but I don't see any reason why there is no way to attach the headboard to the bedframe. There are no holes, no hardware that came with the headboard. Are we suppose to drill our own holes and find a way to attach the head board. Unless you are leaning the bed up against a wall this head board will not work for everyone.

Opened the box and first thought was that the pieces looked very Ikea like. Once it was assembled, we were pleasantly surprised. The bed is very solid and well designed, slats don't move around, seems better quality than Ikea stuff, so far. The color is a warm brownish black, which we really like.

I was pleasantly surprised at how heavy this unit is - not lightweight. The only drawback is the mid section which is basically a very thin piece of particle-type board (it is flimsy) which covers the space between the two thicker boards. The very top piece is also a bit wobbly but easily secured with a little glue. I put this together in about 30 minutes by myself. I found the instructions very easy to follow and all pieces went together easily - holes all matched up for once!Also remember that this is meant to be secured to the wall. If you want to secure it to your actual bedframe, they you'd have to drill holes and have your own bolts. The top part would not be as secure as if it was attached to the wall.Wish they'd provide at least one extra piece for each type of screw, nut, etc. but they rarely do. Overall, I'm pleased.
