If you are spraying lizard skin, use this gun. No issues. Easy to clean. I used a cheaper gun first and it did not last. Well worth the money.

I started the project using a gun I purchased from Eastwood which has a small cup with a too-small opening. More fluid running down the outsides than in the cup. Remember, this LizardSkin is very thick. The LizardSkin gun has a higher capacity and twice the size opening. This translated to finishing the job twice as fast. I spent half my time refilling and cleaning up the liquid that didn't get inside the Eastwood gun. The sad part for me is they are both the same price! The LizardSkin gun is a no brainer but, not available as far as I know, 12 years ago when I bought the Eastwood gun.

I spray Lizard Skin very often in my line of work. Having the gun is essential for me to do my job and it helps me do it well. After the initial investment of the system, Lizard Skin is an extremely affordable, effective and space saving solution for insulation and sound dampening. Just be sure to throughly clean your gun and all its parts immediately after applying or you will be in a world of hurt trying to recover it from a crusty grave.
