We planned to install all Moen products on this remodel, but with the effects of Covid and associated government tyranny, nothing could be shipped in time. This KES stuff was here the day after ordering! I couldn’t be happier with the quality, functionality, and looks of this stuff. Better than Moen I might say. Moen’s spot resist is tough to beat though...Time will tell if these products hold up for a while. I’m praying they do. I bought a couple extra cartridges already just in case they go out of business. The way the valve trim Escutcheon mounts is not typical and not very good In my opinion, but we made it work. The rain head is plastic (but what isn’t these days?) and we weren’t planning on using it. We only wanted it for the valve. After receiving this package and trying out the equipment in the yard, we decided to redesign the shower and add an extra valve simply so we could use this rain head. My wife said she didn’t care about the rain head and wouldn’t use it... well guess who is hogging it now...As a bonus, the way this valve works where you pull out the lever for pressure and then go left or right for temp (volume control), is exactly what I was looking for and could not find ANYTHING at any other supplier that fit the bill for under $1k a piece.Upshot-These KES products saved us literally thousands of dollars on our remodel and look and function more perfectly than I could have ever hoped! Let’s just hope they last!

It’s simple & still elegant.

The water flow is too slow like rain. I like my water fast so I pulled out the metal piece under the metal screen filter which decreases the water flow to droplets. Once I pulled the small metal out of the head, the water flowed high just like I like it. They should have told you this and if they did, I missed it. Highly recommend this product.

I like this product and it looks good and works fine. It's a good value for the price. But, I wish I would have bought the 12" head as this one doesn't provide enough coverage. If you're used to 12" then don't get this one. If you're used to smaller then it will be ok. But in the world of rain shower heads, size matters and bigger is better.

System works exactly as promised (I didn't install, so can't say how easy/hard that was but it didn't take long). I've tried two other new rain showerheads and was disappointed by how piercing they were. Sharp thin little streams that feel like a thousand pin pricks. Yuck. Not this KES system, it feels and looks like full bodied streams from each source that are gentle to the touch but not so much that they're ineffective at rinsing. Water pressure seems the same as with our small old fashioned showerhead we have in the other bath. Beautiful design too. I wish it had different stream options, but eh, I knew what I was ordering and am very happy with it.

We had this less than 2 years and it complete eroded. Leaked inside our walls and got holes in it. Cheaply made, don’t waste you’re money

My husband and I purchased 2 of these for a recent bathroom remodel and couldn't be happier with them! He had no issues installing them and they're really great quality. We've had them installed for almost a year now with no issues and they still look as good as when we purchased them. Would highly recommend.

The media could not be loaded. Absolutely love this showe head! I had a rain head shower in my previous home and I spent a lot of money on it...but it was really just for looks. I couldn’t get the shampoo out of my long hair and just used the regular shower head. Complete waste of money. But when we moved again I didn’t waste my money putting in a rain head. I got this instead and it looks great AND gets the shampoo out of my hair! Yay!
