The remote works fine, but it’s very expensive everywhere it’s listed. Today I was bored and decided to see if I could use the fan remote to control my lights. Yep - it pairs the same as my Pico dimmer remotes. Then I paired my dimmer remote to my fan. It turns out these remotes are identical/interchangeable - the only difference is the icons printed on the buttons... If you don’t care about the icon, save yourself some money and use the light dimmer remote.

Finally! A pico remote for the Lutron Caséta or RA2 Select Ceiling Fan smart switches product line. That’s right. If you are using the RA2 Select product line, this also works for it. So if you have the RRD-2ANF Ceiling Fan Control switch for the RA2 Select Family. This pico will also work with it. I use the RA2 Select system and paired it up already. Otherwise this is now part of the great Lutron family. What more can you say about it?Inside secret. Technically all the pico remotes are the same and compatible. Just different engraving. So if you really wanted to cheap out. You can use the PJ2-3BRL to be an Ceiling Fan remote or even the Audio Remote.

We recently added on to our house and this was a nice solution to add a 3 or 4 way switch without all the wiring. Just add the remote to any Lutron Caseta smart switch and you're in business. Even looks like another switch. It comes with a bracket that monts in a switch gang box. Works with the app and can control from anywhere even away from home. I bought several of these and am using them in as a 4-way switch in the office. It is Alexa and Google Home compatible but, I just use the app.

I have 2 ceiling Fans on my back porch. Each fan is now wired with it's own Lutron Caseta Smart Home Ceiling Fan Speed Control Switch. I then purchased a Single Pico Fan Remote with the hope that 1 Pico remote could be programmed to control both Fans simultaneously... and - It Works!I successfully programmed a Single Pico Remote to simultaneously control Both Lutron Caseta Smart Home Ceiling Fan Switches! Now I can turn both fans on with the touch of a single button anywhere within range.These switches may be a bit pricey, but they work flawlessly... The Pico Remotes are worth Every Penny!

Having remote Fan control is simply a nice to have. But being that this comes with a wall mount, and a remote control, along with the ability to use Alexa controls made this a very good investment.

Works as advertised. A little suspicious that it is much more expensive than the light version. Looks like same thing with fan icon vs light. But in the end didn't want to take a chance. Works very well

I'm a master electrician and I wanted to add a switch next to my bed but at 56 did not want to climb in the attic, run wires or cut a hole in the wall. It's a very simple install and programing is a snap, it took me 5 minutes to install and have it working vs hours of time add a switch the old fashion way. My wife programed it to her iPhone and her Google Home on her side of the bed. I was so impressed I installed them in my living room and kitchen!!!! Don't pay $100 of dollars to hire an electrician when these switches to the same thing as hard wired and have more functions.

Only thing to know more is that it requires that you know the difference among HOT, LOAD, and NEUTRAL wires. Not too hard to identify. But must be connected to right wire to work.Might need. Tester to identify the HOT wire.
